SBS, short for Secret Burger Society, is a cloud kitchen burger joint. One of their unique selling propositions, is flavour. All their main ingredients, from meats to vegetables, are always fresh and locally sourced, which guarantee an authentic flavour in every bite.
Another USP, is infusing original recipes with their very own secret ingredients. The result, is a captivating taste, which you won’t find anywhere else.
Finally, their smashed beefburger patties are prepared daily with 100% natural, freshly sourced, with no artificial additives, and are embraced in a freshly baked brioche bun.
In a nutshell, SBS isn’t just another burger joint! It’s entirely for those burger lovers who are all about natural, original ingredients, and deliciousness in every bite. SBS Burgers, Secrets Beyond Flavours.
We were approached by SBS as their marketing arm to help them relaunch into the Egyptian market. They briefed us on creating and developing a social media strategy for the SBS brand. But at first glance and after conducting our research, we knew that a social media strategy wasn’t enough to relaunch the Secret Burger Society.
Challenge
Tasked with relaunching SBS Burgers into the Egyptian market, our main challenge was to bring into focus the brand’s unique selling propositions, bring the brand up to speed with the latest industry trends, create awareness amongst the target audiences, drive sales, and make it standout from the crowd.
In other words, we had a challenging, yet thrilling project on our plate.
Solution
The key to relaunching the Secret Society Burgers brand into the market to a mixed audience, required we get the brand refresh right. We took into consideration the different target audiences when proposing our suggestions for SBS’s refreshed identity. At the same time, we needed to make sure it conveyed the brand’s essence, ‘freshness’.
Why stop at the identity refresh. We went on to refresh their slogan, brand elements, menu, and approach to social media content creation and advertising. In the process, we made sure that all marketing and communication material relay the brand›s ethos.
